Job Summary
Data Analyst- CRO- PMO
Location: Remote US
Position Summary
The Data Analyst serves as the analytical backbone of the Corporate PMO transforming large data sets into actionable insights that inform strategic financial and operational decision-making.
This role connects data collection and modeling with business execution ensuring that metrics dashboards and reports directly support organizational objectives and project delivery.
The analyst works closely with Data Scientists to operationalize models with the PMO to track performance and with business leaders to turn insights into measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Visualization
- Collect clean and analyze data from multiple sources to support business and operational analytics.
- Build and maintain dashboards scorecards and reports that communicate trends risks and opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators across departments to identify variances and root causes.
Collaboration & Translation
- Partner with Data Scientists to translate predictive outputs into business-friendly visualizations and insights.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Strategy Activation teams to measure adoption performance and ROI across strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a communication layer between technical analytics and business interpretation ensuring data is understood trusted and acted upon.
Data Integrity & Governance
- Uphold corporate data governance and quality standards ensuring accuracy and consistency across all reports.
- Support integration of ERP CRM and BI systems to maintain a unified data environment.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Produce recurring performance reports for executive leadership including variance forecast and scenario analyses.
- Provide data-driven recommendations that support process improvement cost optimization and revenue growth.
Continuous Improvement & Enablement
- Develop reusable templates dashboards and standardized reporting methods to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Partner with Activation and PMO teams to train end-users on interpreting dashboards and applying insights to daily decision-making.
