About The Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Associate Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic sales team in Paris. Youll act as a trusted advisor guiding clients through technical and business challenges to implement cutting-edge solutions. You will work closely with our Sales Product and Engineering teams to design and deliver customized demos proofs-of-concept (POCs) and technical guidance to showcase the value of our platform.
This role is sales-first: your success comes from your ability to guide customers communicate value and influence decisions not from production coding.
What Youll Do:
Collaborate with sales to understand customer pain points current processes and desired outcomes.
Showcase our solutions through tailored demos and presentations that align with client needs.
Configure and optimize workflows within our platform to demonstrate real-world use cases.
Assist customers with API integrations Webhooks and basic Python scripting to enhance automation.
Execute proof-of-concept initiatives to validate our platforms fit for enterprise clients.
Assist in crafting compelling responses to customer requests for information.
Guide enterprise customers on leveraging our solutions to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Educate sales and customer success teams on best-in-class demonstrations and sales methodologies.
Who You Are:
2 years of experience in sales engineering pre-sales consulting or technical sales in a SaaS or tech environment
Full fluency in the both the French & English languages is a firm requirement
Comfort discussing and explaining APIs and Webhooks at a conceptual level.
Strong presentation and communication skills with experience engaging C-Level executives.
Familiarity with customer support or helpdesk workflows from a business perspective.
Background in value-based selling methodologies.
