Community Mental Health Service is committed to the provision of quality health services to the mental health community. We are committed to developing thehighest skills in our community mental health staff through the LHDs pioneering Diploma of Mental Health program
structured workplace competency development program and supervision programs.
The Team Leader of the Adult Community Mental Health Core Team is responsible for the management and coordinationof an integrated multi-disciplinary recovery oriented trauma informed and evidence based mental healthteam. This includes effective access and discharge procedures rostering operational and strategic planning.
