Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Creative Strategy Intern will support the development and execution of promotional and licensed go-to-market campaigns for Igloo Coolers. This role is designed as a structured learning experience that provides exposure to creative strategy brand systems and campaign development within a consumer products organization. The intern will collaborate closely with the Senior Designer and the broader creative team to help build scalable creative frameworks that support both brand consistency and business objectives.

General Responsibilities

• Intern will conduct competitive and category research to inform creative direction and strategic decision-making.
• Will contribute to the development of style guides creative frameworks and modular design templates intended for use across multiple campaigns and channels.
• The role includes assisting in the preparation of presentation materials and participating in creative reviews and strategy discussions with senior team members.
• Intern will support the organization and documentation of creative systems and processes that improve efficiency consistency and quality across promotional and licensing initiatives.

The ideal candidate for this role shall have the following qualification and experiences:

• Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college. Minimum of a rising sophomore level.
• Coursework related to the internship role (Graphic Design Visual Communication Marketing or related field)
• A foundational understanding of design principles is required along with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with Figma.

To be successful in this role we believe that you possess the following skills competencies & characteristics:

• Technical Skills: Work will be executed using industry standard creative tools including Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks against defined timelines are essential
