Specifically we are looking for aTS/SCI clearedResource Specialist SME- tosupport this missionat MacDill Air Force Base Florida.
Responsibilities:
AsaResource Specialist - SMEyou will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
- Directs and controls PMO support for resource managementprovidingexpert guidance to Government leadership POCs on enterprise-level resource strategies and site-specific capability projects including the identification of future resource needs for advanced integration and expansion efforts.
- Establishes long-term resource optimization and allocation goals and plans thatidentifytechnical architectural and systematic paths for current and future PRD integration activities planned expansions and site activations.
- Leads client negotiations and interfaces with senior management on critical resource challenges and solutions for PRDs ensuring alignment with program goals and fiscalobjectives.
- Develops and implements advanced resource management methodologies and tools to support data-driven decision-making for PRD resource deployment andutilization having overall responsibility for their effectiveness.
- Has overall responsibility for ensuring resource support enablescommandand mission partners to meet mission readiness and global operational effectiveness for PRD initiatives influencing overall PMO strategy and implementation.
- Utilize the followingRole Specific Tools: quality management frameworks (ISO 9001 CMMI appraisal tools); compliance audit checklists; defect tracking systems (Jira Bugzilla HP ALM); test case management suites (TestRail Zephyr); automated testingtools (Selenium JUnit Postman); statistical process control charts; variance and root cause analysis tools (Pareto fishbone diagrams); corrective action tracking databases; SOP/QRC libraries for standardized quality processes; lessons learned repositories for quality assurance; stakeholder feedback dashboards; configuration management databases for version control of quality documentation.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Previousexperience asaResource Specialistor similar rolesupporting a DoD customer at the CCMDlevel
- Minimum of8years experiencewithBS/BA or6years experience with MS/MA or3years experience with PhD. or 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA
- A current active DoD security clearanceat the TS/SCI level
DesiredQualifications:
- DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
Work Environment:
- On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presencefor equipment management and asset tracking
- Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites forlogisticscoordination and facility assessments

Target Salary Range
$80000 - $128000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
