We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work at a Long-Term Care Nursing facility in Duluth MN.
Assignment Details:
- Location: Duluth MN
- Setting: Long-Term Care Nursing Facility
- Schedule: Set Rotation 32/40 split
Week 1: Mon Tues Wed Sat: 2:30p - 11p
Week 2: Mon - 2:30p - 11p Wed & Thurs - 630a - 11p
- Pay: $36/hour (Depending On Experience)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current state or compact LPN licensure.
- One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Works to coordinate oversee and provide resident-related care.
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physicians orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications supplies and equipment including ordering receiving storing and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Clinical Manager attending physicians and family members of significant changes in a residents condition and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents families and staff.
