Job Description

What youll do

• Prepare package and ship outgoing orders according to customer and company requirements

• Verify part numbers quantities and documentation before shipping

• Generate shipping labels packing lists and enter tracking information accurately in the ERP system

• Receive incoming materials inspect for accuracy/damage and enter receipts into the ERP system

• Label route and organize materials in the appropriate storage locations

• Maintain accurate shipping/receiving records and support inventory counts

• Communicate shipment or receipt issues to internal teams and coordinate resolutions

• Keep the shipping/receiving area clean organized and compliant with safety standards

What you need

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years shipping/ receiving experience (required)

• Must have excellent attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills (required)

• Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens lawful permanent residents refugees and asylees) (required)

• Must be able to lift move and carry parts bins boxes spools etc Weight may reach/exceed 80lbs.(required)

• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
