AtWork Personnel is seeking an experienced
Logistics Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact between customers carriers and internal teams. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments resolving issues and ensuring timely accurate communication throughout the logistics process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented customer-focused and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

8am-5pm
$19-$20 starting off
Weekly Pay
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main contact for customers regarding shipment status tracking and delivery updates
Coordinate with carriers drivers warehouses and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery
Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays shortages or service issues
Enter update and maintain accurate shipment data in transportation/logistics systems
Handle customer inquiries complaints and claims in a professional and timely manner
Prepare and review shipping documents bills of lading and delivery confirmations
Communicate clearly via phone email and internal systems
Support billing invoicing and documentation as needed
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service
Follow company procedures safety guidelines and compliance standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; logistics or supply chain experience preferred
13 years of customer service experience (logistics transportation or distribution preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics/transportation software
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
Experience with TMS WMS or ERP systems
Knowledge of freight operations shipping terms and delivery processes
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
