Description

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Lead simple and complex cross-functional projects from intake through execution stabilization and handoff.
Define goals success metrics scope timelines and resource needs aligned to priorities.
Integrate project process and change management into a single delivery approach.
Manage dependencies risks and issues; drive timely resolution and escalation when needed.
Facilitate design and alignment sessions with business IT and operations partners.
Provide clear proactive communication to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Mentor and guide other PMs or process partners on delivery best practices.

For This Role You Will Need:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business operations engineering or MIS.
7 years of experience in program/project management operations or process management roles.
Proven success leading large complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
Strong stakeholder influence skills combined with excellent executive-level communication.
Experience partnering with Operations IT and Product teams.
Strong change leadership capability.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Lean Six Sigma PMP or similar certifications.
Demonstrated ability to assess business value recommend prioritization and design scalable processes.
Experience defining governance methodology and communication strategies for enterprise-level programs.
Ability to evaluate and recommend policy or process options aligned to organizational goals
