Job Summary
Job Title:US IT Recruiter
Location:Pune India
Shift Timings:5PM TO 2AM IST (As per hiring region (US/EMEA/APAC/LATAM))
Experience:2-4 years
We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team and manage hiring across multiple geographies including the US EMEA APAC and LATAM regions. This role requires expertise in sourcing screening and hiring top talent while navigating international labor laws and visa regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT and non-IT recruitment and be able to work effectively across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Source screen and hire professionals across US Europe APAC and LATAM markets using different platforms.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs and job requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates clients and vendors.
Stay updated on global hiring trends market intelligence and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with regional employment laws visa requirements and diversity hiring policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 2-4 years in international IT & non-IT recruitment (US EMEA APAC LATAM).
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT skills; experience with Cloud RPA AI hiring is a plus.
Global Talent Sourcing: Ability to source candidates from multiple geographies using advanced search techniques.
Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
Flexibility in Work Hours: Willing to work in different time zones based on hiring needs. Understanding of Global Visa & Work Authorization (Preferred):
