Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced US Engineering Recruiter to support our growing US staffing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for engineering and technical roles across the United States and a strong understanding of US hiring practices tax terms (W2 C2C 1099) and compliance requirements.
This role requires working in the US time zone and managing end-to-end recruitment cycles for contract contract-to-hire and full-time roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based engineering roles
- Work on contract (W2/C2C/1099) and full-time requirements
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter Dice Monster Indeed CareerBuilder and internal databases
- Screen candidates for technical skills visa status location preferences and compensation expectations
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule client interviews
- Negotiate pay rates and manage offer rollouts
- Ensure compliance with US work authorization and documentation
- Maintain and update ATS and candidate pipelines
- Meet weekly and monthly submission/interview targets

Required Qualifications
- 1 5 years of experience in US Staffing (Engineering/Technical roles)
- Strong understanding of US tax terms: W2 C2C 1099
- Experience working with US clients directly
- Experience using US job portals (Dice Monster LinkedIn Recruiter etc.)
- Knowledge of US visa types (H1B USC GC EAD OPT TN)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work night shift (US time zone)
- Target-driven and performance-oriented
Preferred
- Experience recruiting for EPC Manufacturing Automotive Infrastructure or Industrial clients
- Experience working with MSP/VMS clients
