Join Our Team as a Guest Check-in Staff Think Tell Junction
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Guest Check-in Staff. This role is pivotal in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests as they arrive at our facility. As part of our commitment to excellent customer service the Guest Check-in Staff will ensure that every visitor feels valued and appreciated from the moment they enter our premises.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Perform check-in and check-out tasks efficiently
- Manage reservations and provide information about amenities
- Assist guests with inquiries and requests during their stay
- Maintain accurate records of check-ins and check-outs
- Address any issues or complaints in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude
