We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support the daily upkeep and functionality of our facilities. This role is essential in ensuring a safe efficient and well-operating work environment. The ideal candidate is proactive detail-oriented and takes pride in maintaining high standards across all maintenance operations.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and general repairs on building systems and equipment
Inspect facilities to identify issues and ensure proper functionality
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical electrical or structural problems
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and disruptions
Maintain a clean organized and safe working environment
Report maintenance activities and communicate needs to management
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards
Qualifications :
