Job Summary
Job Title: Supervisor Real Estate Finance
Contract Type:12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover)
The Opportunity
This Supervisor role involves collaborating across Development and Operations teams to oversee the review and financial analysis of new and existing stores supporting store opening and closure strategies.
What will my accountabilities be
- Own New Stores review process once stores have opened working collaboratively with Acquisitions Field Consultants and Field Finance
- Business partner the Estates Team (existing store lease management) supporting on business case analysis
- Support in New Store Opening and Closures strategy and execution including reviewing economics of New Stores Impact (Cannibalisation) and Closures.
- Support in monthly New Store modelling for pipeline openings.
- Support in periodic reporting to Global

Qualifications :
- Qualified with CIMA ACCA or ICAEW
- Demonstrated understanding of ownership strategy and execution
- Ability ask questions to breakdown a problem identify trends and suggest and implement actions to create change
- Ability to work cross-functionally building strong working relationships (internal and external) and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills including an ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the business
- Good commercial acumen and understanding of levers for profitability and growth for Franchisee and operators
