Your Mission: Build the platform that transforms voize from a tool into a system

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the 01 build of the voize Management Platform - a key product that will fundamentally shift how care organizations adopt govern and derive value from voize. If you thrive in ambiguity love solving complex problems from first principles this role is for you.

Today voize captures near real-time high-quality data through 100000 nurses daily documentation. Your mission is to turn this data into proactive quality management process analytics and operational control that makes voize indispensable to leadership - not just frontline staff.

Your Daily Business - No two days are alike

• Pioneer from zero. Sit with Management Quality managers and Operations leaders in care facilities. Navigate the messy reality of how leadership actually runs their organizations and emerge as the expert who speaks both frontline operations and executive strategy.

• Build the foundation. This platform doesnt exist yet. Youll create it from nothing. Your work today becomes the control layer that transforms how care organizations operate tomorrow.

• Build test repeat. Craft hypotheses about what management truly needs versus what they say. Validate with real users in real workflows. Design discovery frameworks that uncover the insights others miss.

• Ship what matters. Define sharp requirements honest metrics outcomes that move the business. Iterate with velocity. Every release teaches you something. Every insight compounds.

• Find the unlock. Identify the handful of features that turn skeptical Management & Operations leader into champions who actively drive adoption across their entire organization.

• Win one leader at a time. Make 10 Managers & Operations leaders see voize as mission-critical. Then 100. Then 1000. Scale what works kill what doesnt.

• Move mountains. Treat no as a starting point. The best B2B platform solutions live on the other side of impossible.

• Turn insights into momentum. Run MVP pilots synthesize messy stakeholder feedback into a laser-focused roadmap and prove whats worth scaling.

• Navigate technical complexity. Design platform architecture for multiple user roles permissions and workflows. Make the hard calls that unblock progress.

• Shape the business not just the product. Partner with GTM on pricing and packaging. Your platform unlocks new revenue streams and defensibility for voize.

Your Skillset What you bring to the table

• Several years experience in Product Management shipping SaaS or B2B platform products - your path into Product Management can have taken some twists and turns we highly appreciate Technical founders Engineers and start-up veterans.

• Proven zero-to-one product experience - youve built complex B2B products from scratch with minimal data no prior customers and ambiguous requirements and led them to measurable success and product-market fit.

• Turning complexity into clarity - you thrive when given complex problems with no obvious solution. You have deep knowledge in user research and problem validation with leadership personas ensuring we solve the right problems.

• Strong product intuition - you are able to go beyond stakeholder requests and make smart decisions to drive innovative platform solutions that create real business value.

• Analytical mindset and data-driven - you are comfortable with product analytics operational metrics and usage data. You speak the language of executives who care about ROI and adoption.

• Platform thinking - you have experience designing multi-sided products that balance multiple user roles permissions and workflows. You understand how to build for scale.

• User centricity - you have experience creating intuitive management-friendly features in collaboration with Design and Engineering that drive adoption not just reporting.

• Excellent stakeholder management - you collaborate effectively with leadership GTM engineering partners and customers. You know how to navigate competing priorities.

• Business fluent German (C1) and good command of English

• Willingness to travel to visit customers and validate with management users.
