Reporting to our Scrip Operations Manager and working closely with the team this role offers the opportunity to deepen your knowledge across the full spectrum of equity settlements CHESS operations and corporate actions while supporting the wider business. Your technical skills will continue to grow as you work with cutting-edge systems including GBST Shares.

What Youll Be Working On

In this administration-focused role youll support the smooth operation of Australias equity markets by managing a broad range of post-trade activities. Youll take ownership of CHESS conversions broker-to-broker movements and holdings administration coordinate trade settlements with offshore custodians and brokers and process corporate actions accurately and on time. Youll also contribute ideas for continuous improvement and deliver clear fair and consistently high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

What Type Of Person Will Be Successful

Youll thrive in this role if you have stockbroking industry experience with equity and options processing combined with practical knowledge of ASX rules and CHESS compliance requirements. Your background in handling corporate actions and post-trade activities has given you confidence working with various stakeholders and interfaces.

You approach complex problems methodically and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
