Whatyoulldo:
The role willbe key to theexecutingbrand activity forMasterFoodsRecipe BasesandCooking Saucesand supporting thebroaderMasterFoodsteam on key projects. In this roleyoullgrow as you learn to:

Drivebrand and portfolio growth shaping and delivering annual plans aligned to the 3-year strategy using consumershopperand category insights.

Drive integrated brand communications supporting the development and execution of impactful campaigns and end-to-end brand experiences.

Coordinate and driveinnovation and NPD deliveryfora transformational 3-year pipeline and cross-functional teams to launch growth initiatives on time and on budget.

Deliver financial performance with P&L accountability for the Meal-Makers portfolio optimising mix and managing risks and opportunities through S&OPas your grow your commercial savvy to learn larger brands.

Build strong partnerships and teams collaborating cross-functionally and with agencies while fostering a high-performance culture and personal leadership growth.

Your unique ingredients:

Bachelor of Business (preferably with a Major inMarketing)orequivalent experience

Minimum 1-2 years in marketing/brand or similar experience

Experience in Innovation / NPD as well as CPG / FMCG highly regarded but not essential

A strong ability to pick up new concepts develop relationships and drive action and improvement
