As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager you will oversee all food and beverage outlets including Cocos Kitchen and Bar room service and event spaces. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across all food and beverage outlets maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency
- Lead mentor and develop the Food & Beverage team fostering a culture of continuous improvement training and strong performance
- Monitor financial performance by tracking revenue controlling costs and managing budgets to maximize profitability while minimizing waste
- Collaborate with the Culinary team to optimize menu pricing promotions and offerings that reflect guest preferences and market trends
- Partner with Sales & Marketing and Conference & Event teams to ensure flawless event execution and client satisfaction
