Job Summary
As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager you will oversee all food and beverage outlets including Cocos Kitchen and Bar room service and event spaces. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager this pivotal leadership role demands a strategic mindset to manage daily operations drive performance and consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences across every outlet.
You will work closely with a skilled and motivated team playing a vital role in driving results and supporting the ongoing growth and success of the business. If youre a decisive service-oriented leader with a passion for operational excellence wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across all food and beverage outlets maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency
- Lead mentor and develop the Food & Beverage team fostering a culture of continuous improvement training and strong performance
- Monitor financial performance by tracking revenue controlling costs and managing budgets to maximize profitability while minimizing waste
- Collaborate with the Culinary team to optimize menu pricing promotions and offerings that reflect guest preferences and market trends
- Partner with Sales & Marketing and Conference & Event teams to ensure flawless event execution and client satisfaction

- Proven experience in Food and Beverage management with a strong track record of leadership in a hotel restaurant environment.
- A genuine passion for service excellence
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
- Expertise in wine varietals cocktails craft beers and spirits with a refined palate and an eye for quality.
- Strong awareness of current industry trends and the ability to adapt to emerging food and beverage innovations.
