Director - IDD Electronic Support Center (GoodLifes Remote Support Center) Full-Time On-Site
GoodLife Innovations is seeking a Director of GoodLifes Remote Support Center (GL RSC) to lead our 24/7 on-site remote support operations and the iCoach team that makes those supports possible. This role is ideal for a strong adaptive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about blending technology with human support to make a meaningful impact.
As Director you will oversee daily operations ensure quality and compliance and drive continuous improvement in how our Remote Support Center supports staff and individuals across GoodLife and beyond. This is an on-site in-office position.
Some duties include: - Lead and supervise the GL Remote Support Center and iCoach team ensuring seamless 24/7 operations
- Drive excellence in customer service documentation and quality assurance
- Collaborate with residential IT and other departments to resolve challenges and enhance supports
- Train administrators and non-RSC staff in the use of remote support technologies
- Coach train and support GL RSC staff including overseeing staffing coverage and stepping in operationally when needed
- Contribute to the development and advancement of GoodLifes senior safety-net model
Some requirements: - Bachelors degree in human services technology business or a related field (preferred)
- Supervisory experience (required)
- 1-2 years of experience in a role of similar scope
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead a department successfully
- Flexibility with work hours including on-site and on-call responsibilities
