Launch Your Career in IT & Information Services
Looking to gain real-world experience in Information Services while still in school As an Information Services Intern youll work alongside experienced professionals contribute to meaningful projects and build hands-on skills in one of three focus areas:
- Project Management
- Data & Analytics
- End User Services
This internship is designed to give you practical exposure to enterprise systems tools and processeswhile helping you grow professionally in a collaborative supportive environment.
What Youll Do
Depending on your assigned focus area youll support the Information Services team through project work analysis documentation and technical support. Examples include:
Project Management
- Assist with project coordination scheduling and documentation
- Support PMO templates dashboards and status reporting
- Participate in meetings and track action items
- Gain exposure to PMI and Agile methodologies
Data & Analytics
- Build and enhance dashboards (Power BI or similar tools)
- Assist with data preparation validation and quality reviews
- Support forecasting or basic predictive analytics projects
- Work with ERP CRM and operational datasets
End User Services
- Analyze software license usage and asset data
- Document and improve IT service and asset management processes
- Support dashboards reporting and workflow optimization
- Gain exposure to ITSM tools and enterprise IT operations
Across all areas interns will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Present project outcomes to stakeholders
- Learn professional communication time management and problem-solving skills
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Systems Computer Science Data Science Analytics Project Management Business Engineering or a related field
- At least one year of completed coursework in your area of emphasis
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel Word Teams etc.)
- Curious motivated and eager to learn in a professional environment
- Bonus points if you have experience or coursework with tools like Power BI SQL Python Tableau ServiceNow Jira or Excel pivot tables.

Additional Information :
The minimum and maximum hourly range for this full-time position is $22. This is a non-benefited part-time/seasonal position. The internship will run approximately 12 weeks.
Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills experience and relevant education and/or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in this posted role reflect the base salary only and do not include bonus or benefits.
