Job Summary
How does your working day look like ...
- You ensure smooth processes clean tables and workstations in the ward so that you can work hand in hand as a team - even when all guests arrive at the same time
- You work in a coordinated and structured manner in both the early and late shift
- You are responsible for the high standard of our food and ensure that colleagues enjoy an equally special service experience
- Training new employees and trainees
- As a trained restaurateur you never run out of things to do and conjure up the wow on the guests face
Qualifications :
Your personality counts more than your CV ...
- You have management experience in a similar role and speak fluent English
- You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests. You also find it easy to communicate charmingly even when things get tricky
- You are passionate about good food and drinks and enjoy discovering new concepts
- You are a doer - and openly admit when you have done something wrong
- You not only bring your skills to the table but also your character
