Job Summary
Role: Technical Writer (MadCap Flare)
Location Preference: India
Seniority: Flexible (no strict requirement on years of experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Create update and maintain user manuals HTML help content and other product documentation.
- Work with MadCap Flare as the primary content management system.
- Collaborate closely with product engineering and client-side stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
- Ensure documentation quality structure clarity and consistency across deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in technical writing ideally in a software or product-centric environment.
- Hands-on experience with MadCap Flare for authoring and content management.
- Strong ability to write clear structured user-focused documentation.
- Good communication and collaboration skillscritical for effective interaction with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have
- Background or exposure in healthcare biology or genomics (this is a stretch requirement but would be highly valued).
Additional Context
- This role is needed to support ongoing documentation updates for product suite.
- No strict seniority requirement; open to reviewing mid-level or senior talent.
