Job Summary
- Work closely with stakeholders from different departments to gather clarify and manage business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications user stories process diagrams.
- Evaluate business value prioritize requirements and features based on business objectives.
- Monitor track and validate new features after release; provide documentation and user training when necessary.
- Support issue analysis root cause investigation and resolution related to the product ecosystem.
- Define track and ensure the accuracy of business and operational metrics for stakeholders.
- Aggregate data and create insightful reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Solid problem-solving mindset with a holistic view of business operations.
- Proven ability to analyze complex workflows and design scalable efficient solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge in business process modeling using BPMN flowchart diagrams or equivalent standards.
- Knowledge of system architecture and solution design; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus.
- High adaptability with the ability to quickly learn new domains products and industries.
Additional Information :
Trình độ học vấn chuyên ngành (Education Background Major): BA or above
Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills): Proficiency in all four English skills is mandatory
