Job Summary

Are you a detail-oriented individual who finds satisfaction in accuracy and tangible results Join Avery Dennison as a Production Assembler where you will be the final touchpoint in ensuring our high-quality products reach customers this role you will go beyond just packing; you will own the quality and flow of your station.

What You Will Do (Day-to-Day)

  • Precision Assembly: Sort label and package finished goods following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure zero-defect results.

  • Quality Inspection: Maintain a high Attention to Detail by inspecting the appearance of products against customer specifications.

  • Operational Support: Prepare materials for Machine Operators and coordinate with team members to keep our circulatory system moving efficiently.

  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in problem-solving teams and 5S audits to improve site safety and productivity.

What You Bring (Requirements)

  • Reliability: A proven track record of dependability and punctuality.

  • Team-First Mindset: A willingness to step outside your duties to help a coworker and achieve common goals.

  • Technical Skills: High School Diploma/GED (or 3 years manufacturing experience) and proficiency with computer applications for tracking orders.

  • Physical Agility: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and obtain a Lift Truck Operators license.

  • Adaptability: Resilience to maintain high quality during high-pressure shifts or when priorities pivot.

The hourly rate for this position is $18.94-$23.99 / hour.
The hiring wage rate range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the some circumstances this may be above or below the range (based on various factors including but not limited to a candidates relevant skills experience education and training location as well as the job scope and complexity responsibilities and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position).
