Our Sourcing Team provides support for regional and corporate project. We are in contact with local regional and global finance and procurement teams. Our services include collecting and analyze company spent data and commercial sourcing management to achieve the best contractual conditions.
Partner with the best
As a Sourcing Specialist - Buying/Procurement you will manage the buying process for a given set of goods. You will apply sourcing policy interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets
As a Sourcing Specialist - Buying/Procurement you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and procuring direct and indirect parts and services
- Managing the purchase operations to ensure purchase orders meet budget On-Time-Delivery and productivity targets
- Managing supplier relationships to understand the business gather market intelligence assess risk and ensure compliance to KPIs
- Overseeing the sourcing and buying process to ensure products are delivered according to quality specifications and budgets
- Soliciting and evaluating proposals employing appropriate negotiation cost and price analysis techniques using available expertise
- Initiating Requests for quote (RFQs) execute Purchase Orders and perform procurement activities within project requirements in accordance with company procedures.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelors from an accredited uni or college
- Have at least 5-7 yr experience gained in the sourcing/ buying/ procurement
- Have some knowledge of General accounting in SAP
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers and suppliers
- Have Mechanical engineering or experienced in engineering companies with technical background (preferred)
