About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced high-energy data-driven TikTok Shop Operations Specialist to lead the technical and operational growth of our 4 brands on the TikTok Shop (TTS) platform. You will be responsible for ensuring our shop remains healthy our ads are performing and our inventory is sufficient to meet the demand.
Key Responsibilities:
TikTok Shop Platform Management
Oversee the full operations of the 4 Tik Tok Shop accounts.
Monitor and maintain the Seller Performance Score (SPS) ensuring we stay above 4.0 to avoid violation points or shop restrictions.
Execute and optimize TikTok Shop Ads. Monitor daily ad spend and ROAS adjusting bids and budgets to maximize profitability across all 5 brands.
Set up and manage platform-led campaigns (e.g. 10.10 11.11 Black Friday) and internal Flash Deals.
Manage the Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) inventory levels ensuring stock is replenished in time to meet sudden viral demand.
Oversee daily Buyer Chats resolving customer inquiries within the mandatory 24-hour SLA to maintain high service ratings.
Provide weekly reports on GMV ad performance affiliate contribution and return rates.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
- Direct experience with TikTok Seller Center is highly preferred including a solid understanding of the affiliate portal and ad manager.
- Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret social commerce data and turn it into actionable inventory or ad spend decisions.
- High adaptability: Ability to manage 4 different brand identities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
