From providing key support to market-leading experts testifying in high-stakes litigation to being an integral team member consulting on large-scale projects you will apply intellectualrigourto casework whilst developing practical real-world experience and gaining in-depth insight into how businesses industries and marketsoperate.
Associates intheHong Kongpractice will be supported in studying for a chartered accountancy qualification (e.g.CPA with the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants or equivalent).

Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day activities of BRGsHong Kongoffice through excellent quality analyses and preparing key deliverables for internal and external use
Utilize business finance accounting and analytical skills to perform tasks including but not limited to quality of earnings financial trend analysis working capital trending and benchmark financial statement review business planassessmentsand cash flow statements
Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment; collaborate with TA and BRG experts professionals from other firms and client contacts to achieve engagement objectives

The ability to think through complex issues and to present logical analysis in a clear concise manner is vital to the services we provide to our clients. Collaborative working skills are essential aswe often work in small focused teams.
Wehighlyvaluea record of outstanding academic work in candidatesandso require a first or upper-secondhonoursdegree in yourUniversityqualification. Additionally candidates shoulddemonstrate:
A high levelof enthusiasm and proactivity
An attention to detail
The ability to communicate ideas succinctly
Strong quantitative skills relevant degrees may bebeneficialand this will be tested in the interview process
When required the ability to produce high-quality work under tight timelines
A willingness to take ownership of work
The ability to work as part of a team and effectively with others
(Spoken and written) fluency in Chinese. Fluency in other languages is also welcome
A minimum of aBachelorsdegree inEconomics Finance or related field
(Additional Skills for Senior Associates)
Proven experience in a consultancy environment (e.gProfessional ServicesMangementConusltancy Valuations or Disputes and Investigations)
Strong analytic and quantitative skills (includingproficiencywith analytical/statistical software such as R and Excel) along with practical problem-solving abilities
Strong problem solving and project management skills
Strong relationship building skills
Ability to work well independently or in a team dynamic
