Job Summary
Audi of Nyack is seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join our award-winning team. This is an opportunity for a proven leader with a strong track record in pre-owned operations to make an immediate impact within a high-performing dealership.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the pre-owned sales department
- Vehicle pricing and inventory control
- Manage vehicle reconditioning and lease returns
- Inventory marketing (digital direct and more)
- Desk deals track gross logs and ensure timely compliant paperwork per Pepe standards
- Train develop and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Build strong relationships with employees and customers
- Drive an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Requirements
- Prior pre-owned management experience (required)
- Used vehicle buying and appraisal experience (required)
- Strong leadership communication and customer service skills
- Solid understanding of inventory management
- Proficiency with ADP/CDK CRM ACV vAuto and related tools
- Results-driven highly motivated and energetic
- Flexible schedule availability including Saturdays
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $125000$175000 per year
