Roth Cadillac is looking for a reliable and knowledgeable Parts Counter Person to join our team in Erie this role you will assist customers by providing accurate parts information processing orders and maintaining an organized parts inventory. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with identifying and ordering automotive parts and accessories
- Maintain accurate parts inventory records and assist with stock management
- Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery to customers and service departments
- Collaborate with service technicians and other departments to fulfill parts needs efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any parts-related inquiries or issues
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive parts or a related retail environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer skills
