Security Clearance: reliability granted or eligible for reliability clearance
We are hiring an Implementation Lead to lead solution implementation and deployment activities for a large-scale enterprise transformation program delivering a modern AI-enabled Knowledge Management (KM) solution.
In this role you will coordinate how capabilities delivered by multiple Agile pods are deployed integrated and transitioned into operational environments. You will ensure that deployment approaches environments and pipelines support reliable repeatable releases while evolving over time to incorporate increased automation and AI-enabled capabilities as they mature within the program.
You will work closely with pod-level teams DevOps practitioners platform and infrastructure specialists operations stakeholders and client counterparts to ensure that continuous delivery at the pod level aligns with solution-level and client release expectations.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Implementation & Release Planning
-Lead planning for solution-level implementation and deployment activities across environments.
-Define deployment approaches that align with Agile delivery and incremental release patterns.
-Coordinate release timing sequencing and dependencies to align with the clients broader release calendar and operational constraints.
-Support joint release planning discussions with client stakeholders to ensure deployment plans are realistic and coordinated.
Deployment Pipelines & Automation
-Work with pod-level teams and DevOps practitioners to ensure deployment pipelines support program needs.
-Support adoption and evolution of deployment automation including AI-enabled capabilities that improve reliability speed and insight.
-Ensure deployment processes remain repeatable traceable and appropriate for a regulated environment as automation increases.
Environment & Readiness Management
-Coordinate readiness of environments required for implementation including configuration access and integration points.
-Ensure environment standards and deployment prerequisites are consistently applied.
-Support validation of environment parity and deployment readiness.
Solution Integration & Assembly
-Coordinate integration of solution components delivered by multiple pods including platform services data and AI-enabled features.
-Identify and resolve integration issues that impact deployability stability or readiness.
-Ensure integrated solution behavior aligns with intended deployment outcomes.
Cutover & Transition Coordination
-Plan and coordinate phased rollouts cutovers and transition activities.
-Support execution of deployment rehearsals dry runs and readiness checkpoints.
-Coordinate with operations and support teams to enable smooth transition into operational use.
Risk Dependency & Issue Management
-Identify implementation-related risks dependencies and constraints across pods environments and release timelines.
-Surface issues early and support mitigation planning in collaboration with delivery and governance functions.
-Provide clear implementation status and readiness assessments to program leadership and client stakeholders.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
-10 years of relevant experience in implementation deployment or transition roles for large-scale enterprise platforms.
-Strong understanding of Agile delivery models and how releases and deployments operate in iterative environments.
-Demonstrated experience working with CI/CD (continuous integration / continuous deployment) pipelines and deployment tooling.
-Experience coordinating deployments across multiple teams or Agile pods.
-Experience supporting production cutover or go-live activities in regulated or mission-critical environments.
-Strong planning coordination and communication skills.
Preferred
-Experience implementing Knowledge Management or information-centric platforms.
-Exposure to AI-enabled deployment release automation or intelligent operational tooling.
-Experience working with cloud-based deployment environments.
-Familiarity with operational readiness service transition or hypercare activities.

The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115000$165000. This role is an existing vacancy
