Built on a legacy of quality and innovation we are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team and support our continued growth. This position reports to the Senior Director of Global Organization and Talent Development and will work in the Katy Texas office.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Contributing to a key process-improvement project with clear success measures such as increasing the accuracy and organization of digital employee files completing the migration of legacy documents reducing retrieval time for HR records and helping improve overall audit-readiness.

General Responsibilities

HRIS & Document Management

  • Work within UKG Pro and Document Manager to upload organize and maintain employee documents.
  • Support digital file audits to ensure accuracy completeness and compliance with company policies.

HR Operations Support

  • Assist the HR team with day-to-day operational tasks such as tracking documentation updating employee records and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Help prepare HR reports or summaries as needed.

Employee Experience & Engagement:

  • Support HR-led engagement initiatives such as surveys recognition programs and events.
  • Assist with event logistics coordination and communication materials.

Compliance & Policy Support:

  • Assist with updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policy documentation.

Other:

  • Complete special projects
  • Assist all function HR leaders in additional special projects or tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate for this role shall have the following qualification and experiences:

  • Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college. Minimum of a rising sophomore level.
  • Coursework related to the internship role (Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (Excel Word Outlook)

To be successful in this role we believe that you possess the following skills competencies & characteristics:

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRIS tools (experience with UKG Pro is a plus)
  • Interest in pursuing a career in HR talent development or organizational effectiveness
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication teamwork problem-solving and adaptability skills
