As part of the Repair Value Stream Productivity & Operations Team the HA Repair NPI & Capability Leader will integrate with Product Line Regions and Repair Engineering to lead development and program management of HA repair capability capacity & fulfillment strategy to include shop readiness qualification plan plant & equipment plans.
Position has significant input into priorities. Guided by professional practices and policies that are shaped by the role. The role has high autonomy requiring high levels of operational judgment.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Own overall HA Repair Industrialization Program Management
- Own global repair capability & capacity strategy for HA repair
- Prioritize HA qualification plans and maintain status of shop qualifications and capabilities vs plan
- Integrating with AMRT Repair Engineering serve as the RVS industrialization focal to include resource planning repair cost estimates shop P&E requirements shop selection and qualification execution
- Integrate with Product Line to understand and align NPI industrialization strategy & shop readiness to the demand forecast
- Support Service Centers in development of their detailed plant equipment and qualification plans
- Serve as focal for HA repair cost updates and productivity efforts
- Partner with Optimization team & shops for overall W2W fulfillment planning shop allocation based on demand shop capacity and readiness
- Support Materials Team on capital fallout planning and mitigation strategy
- Lead NPI op rhythm to drive mutual accountability with shops and engineering teams performance to plan
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management manufacturing technology or engineering. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in engineering or related technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of ten years experience in engineering manufacturing/services operations or NPI including management of large scale industrial projects.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position the pay range for this position is between $113200.00 and $188800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
