Job Summary

Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer
Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid Onsite 1x/week; potential T/Th after 6 months)
Duration: 6 12 Month Contract or Contract-to-Hire

Overview
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer with 4 8 years of experience specializing in React AWS Lambdas and PostgreSQL. This engineer will contribute to the development of scalable high-traffic systems capable of handling tens or hundreds of millions of records.

This is a hybrid role based in Charlotte NC requiring onsite presence once per week with flexibility to scale to Tues/Thurs after 6 months depending on project needs.

Technical Requirements
Core Skills:
React (front-end development)
(backend services)
AWS Lambdas (serverless)
PostgreSQL (database design optimization)
Strong experience with:
o Scalability distributed system design
o Large dataset processing (10M 100M records)
o Callbacks / Webhooks integrations

Nice-to-Have:
Demonstrated portfolio GitHub repos project samples or code artifacts
Experience designing systems for high throughput and reliability

Interview Process
1. Internal review with hiring team
2. Technical interviews (2 rounds):
o Technical deep dive with real-world examples
o Review of candidates existing work projects or portfolio

Candidate Requirements
Must be located in Charlotte NC area (local preferred)
Comfortable coming onsite weekly and collaborating with the team
Able to work under a 6 12 month contract structure with potential contract-to-hire
