Full-time (40 hours per week)
SCHEDULE
Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Friday 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Workhours for this position vary based on location patient schedules and clinic needs.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Working computer knowledge-experience in Microsoft Word
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- Pleasant cooperative caring attitude
- Good listening skills
- The ability to work with a team to set and to achieve common goals
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and prioritizing
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
PHYSICAL ABILITIES
- Able to sit for an extended period of time
- Reach and stoop to file levels
- Answer telephone
- Acute hearing
- Lift up to 50 pounds
