Description

OBJECTIVE
In a positive cheerful and professional manner answer incoming calls for all PCLI locations assisting patients as needed.

REPORTS TO

Systems Manager

STATUS

Full-time (40 hours per week)

SCHEDULE
Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Friday 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Workhours for this position vary based on location patient schedules and clinic needs.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Working computer knowledge-experience in Microsoft Word
  • Good communication skills written and verbal
  • Pleasant cooperative caring attitude
  • Good listening skills
  • The ability to work with a team to set and to achieve common goals
