Job Description
Job Duties
- Lead solution design and requirements gathering for Secure Net product offerings.
- Perform hardware and firmware testing for Versa SD-WAN and firewall solutions.
- Provide Tier 4 operational support for complex security and connectivity escalations.
- Develop technical documentation for network configurations and deployment standards.
- Manage a 50/50 split between Secure Net and LTE/5G connectivity initiatives.
