Job Summary

Founded in 2016 WeInfuse is an infusion center software and consulting organization. Our founders and their team have developed the first and only end-to-end software solution for infusion centers that has gained significant traction in the addition to providing the industrys leading SaaS solution WeInfuse provides infusion center start-up optimization and pharmaceutical manufacturer consulting services.

We are seeking a highly motivated marketing and events professional with great communication and interpersonal skills to build brand awareness via marketing channels and events as well as have a direct impact on our client sales process. The Marketing & Events Lead will be a key member of our growing this role you will leverage your creativity and operational expertise to bring an exciting perspective to inform our marketing strategy and presence. The position will report directly to our executive team.

Responsibilities

Increase brand awareness via print and digital marketing materials to supplement the sales teams efforts
Create engaging lead-generating social media graphics and content
Design develop and distribute marketing communications (e.g. flyers brochures e-newsletters blogs etc.)
Write edit and publish press releases and other publicity-generating materials
Manage special projects such as video creation marketing collateral webinar series website updates etc.
Coordinate and expand social media marketing (namely LinkedIn and Instagram)
Update and maintain website (design new pages; update existing pages and features)
Book podcast guests and assist with the production of our podcast
Generate and maintain client sales leads
Curate prospective client information in CRM tool
Lead planning and execution of events and conferences
Assist with team travel logistics for sales trips and conferences
Measure marketing efforts (e.g. website traffic demo request stats number of followers etc.)
Bring creative and new ideas to improve marketing strategy (there are no bad ideas!)
Be open to going beyond comfort zone

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing Graphic Design or similar field of study
2yearsofexperienceinMarketingPublicRelationsGraphicDesignorequivalent
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding measurable goals
Must be detail-oriented able to multi-task and be extremely organized and efficient
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills including ability to communicate with all levels of org chart
Excellent computer skills: HubSpot WordPress Adobe Acrobat Google Suite all Microsoft Office Applications etc.
Able to work independently and learn new skills through self-study
Some travel required (<10%)

$60000 - $65000 a year

This position is a combination of base salary plus commission. OTE is approximately $ per year.
