Our international Sales team based in Munich/ distributed across the globe (position is based in Munich) is seeking a motivatedSenior Sales Manager (m/f/d) to become part of our company in a dynamic and innovative environment. Ready to embrace your Vice
Your Fairway
- Strategically lead and develop retail sales across DACH UK USA Canada and new markets (e.g. Dubai Australia)
- Lead the Sales team at our Munich headquarters including direct people leadership
- Manage and optimize online marketplaces (e.g. Amazon) including performance analysis and identifying growth opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen our brand presence globally
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations and other key stakeholders to ensure an integrated sales approach
Your Scorecard
- Several years of experience in a senior sales role ideally with international responsibility
- Proven success in retail and e-commerce sales including marketplace experience (e.g. Amazon)
- Detailed Knowledge about the Golf-Ecosystem incl. Equipment
- Strong leadership skills and experience in building developing and motivating teams
- Strategic thinker with a strong hands-on mentality
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
