Operations Command Center Manager
Core Responsibilities:
Command Center Operations & Monitoring:
oversee the 24x7 command center operations at our Pune premises for comprehensive monitoring of employee transport operations and workplace services
Monitor vehicle safety parameters location tracking speed acceleration braking patterns and driver hours through integrated technology platforms.
Manage real-time alerts and ensure immediate response to non-conformances and safety incidents across all operational areas
Oversee emergency management system operations and critical system alerts for workplace and transport operations
Transport Operations Governance:
Implement and maintain transport governance practices across multiple sites as per group-defined standards
Conduct self-verification processes for transport vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Integrate technological tools and applications for transport operations into centralized monitoring solutions
Ensure all SoS (emergency)/Incident & Accident calls/alert are handled with utmost priority and tracked to closure
Workplace Operations Helpdesk Management:
Manage comprehensive helpdesk (hybrid) operations for all workplace services across Aspac including facilities management maintenance requests and employee service requests
Ensure all workplace service requests are logged tracked and resolved according to established service level agreements
Coordinate with all GEO leads/country leads to address workplace operational issues
Emergency Response & Critical Systems Management:
Maintain incident escalation procedures across all operational areas
Monitor critical building systems and coordinate immediate response to system failures
Work Order & KPI Management:
Oversee Corrigo work order management system operations for all workplace services across AsPac.
Maintain service level agreements by ensuring work orders are resolved within defined timelines across facilities and workplace operations
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to meet client expectations and internal requirements
Track and analyze helpdesk metrics including response times resolution rates and customer satisfaction
Corrigo backend management with reference to Preventive Maintenance Reactive Maintenance creation & modification extending timelines NTE updation etc.
Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit train and manage command center executives across different shifts
Provide comprehensive training on group practices technology tools workplace operations and service delivery procedures
Foster teamwork cooperation and performance excellence within the command center team
Act as coach and mentor ensuring high staff morale trust and work ethics
Reporting & Stakeholder Management:
Prepare detailed incident investigation reports with proposed mitigation and action plans for all operational areas
Deliver periodic management reports meeting client expectations and regional standards Provide meaningful inputs for monthly management reporting across the region
Maintain regular communication with facility managers service providers and internal stakeholders

Experience Requirements:
5 years in managerial roles handling multiple sites and cross-functional teams
Proven experience in command center control room operations or integrated facility management
Background in emergency management incident response systems and workplace operations
5-10 years of experience in operations governance workplace management transport or helpdesk management

Extensive knowledge of workplace operations facilities management and transport governance frameworks
Strong understanding of incident reporting management and closure processes across multiple service areas
Experience with ticketing/helpdesk environments and work order management systems for workplace operations
