About the role
As a Service Delivery Manager youll oversee the lifecycle of IT services for Suncorps Experience Platforms ensuring smooth operations and exceptional outcomes. Youll collaborate with internal teams Experience Platform Technology owners and partners to deliver reliable secure and scalable technology solutions that support our business goals.
This role requires participation in the on-call support roster.
What Youll Do
- Manage end-to-end service delivery for experience platforms customer telephony with a focus on security asset health performance and meets business and customer needs.
- Partner with internal teams and external providers to resolve incidents and improve service quality.
- Monitor and report on service performance driving continual improvement initiatives.
- Oversee risk management activities including cybersecurity business continuity and compliance.
- Support the introduction of new or changed services ensuring readiness and seamless transition.
What Youll Bring
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT service delivery and operations across diverse domains.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow).
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements.
- Broad technical understanding of infrastructure and application services.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills from technical teams to senior leaders.
