Job Title: Workshop Technician
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: per annum

We are currently seeking a Workshop Technician to join a precision engineering business based in Oxfordshire. This role is ideally suited to someone with a medical device or pharmaceutical background experienced in assembling low-volume high-precision products where accuracy compliance and zero-defect delivery are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble low-volume high-precision small products in line with detailed drawings SOPs and quality procedures.
Work within regulated environments ensuring full compliance with medical or pharmaceutical quality standards.
Carry out in-process and final quality checks to ensure products are released with no errors.
Prepare products for reliable delivery to customers meeting strict documentation and traceability requirements.
Attend customer sites where required to support installation or technical issues.
Maintain a clean controlled and well-organised workshop environment.
Accurately complete build records inspection documentation and QC paperwork.

Skills & Experience Required:

Background in medical devices pharmaceutical manufacturing or similarly regulated industries.
Experience assembling low-volume high-precision products.
Strong understanding of quality systems traceability and controlled processes.
Hands-on experience with QC or inspection activities.
Excellent attention to detail and a right-first-time approach.
Reliable professional and confident when dealing with customers.
