Atividades:

Atuar rapidamente às necessidades dos eventos e também às demandas do Coordenador de Eventos.
Conduzir inspeções de piso para garantir condições ideais para eventos programados e fluxo diário do local de trabalho.
Apoiar layouts de salas e realocações conduzindo mudanças de layout semanalmente.
Apoiar e trabalhar com protocolos de segurança para eventos garantindo rigorosa adesão às Regras Fundamentais de Segurança da JLL.
Manter uma presença consistente no local cinco dias por semana garantindo total engajamento durante os turnos.
Manter os valores corporativos da JLL demonstrando inclusão empatia e comportamento profissional em todas as interações.
Apoiar solicitações que possam exigir ocasionalmente levantar ou mover móveis para montagens de eventos e fornecer suporte de horas extras para realocações ou eventos de grande escala conforme necessário.

Requisitos:

Formação concluída ou em andamento em áreas como Administração Hotelaria Marketing ou áreas correlacionadas
Inglês Avançado ou Fluente
Vivência na área de Eventos Corporativos Meeting Management
Vivência na área de Facilities
Conhecimento em Excel
Disponibilidade de atuação presencial

Localização: Butantã - São Paulo/SP

Modelo de trabalho: Presencial (segunda-feira a sexta-feira)
