Position Overview:The Head of Charisma Healthcare is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of solution deployments client onboarding and post-implementation support for the companys offerings. - Perform resource planning developing the teams skill matrix; optimizing the teams work load and improving the teams efficiency and effectiveness.
Commercial and Client Focus:- Collaborate with the business development and account management teams to support pre-sales activities and ensure client alignment from the outset.
- Cultivate strong client relationships acting as a key point of contact for major issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage budget planning and profitability for the division balancing resource allocation with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze NPS scores and customer feedback identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to address concerns.
Strategic Planning and Execution:- Contribute to the organizations strategic vision by aligning departmental goals with overall business objectives.
- Take full P&L responsibility: prepare/revise annual quarterly and monthly budgets using pipeline resource planning staffing needs and other revenue/cost estimations as input and actively controlling expenditures.
- Identify industry trends and technological advancements to continuously evolve the divisions capabilities.
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance client retention and adoption of solutions.
- Serve as a thought leader representing the organization at industry events and fostering innovation within the division.
- Achieving/fulfilling specific requirements (KPIs business plan necessary authorizations compliance requirements usage of Healthcare presales / sales and project implementation procedures and methodologies etc.).
