Job Summary

- Perform lawn treatments including fertilization weed control and pest management.
- Assess lawn conditions and provide tailored recommendations to customers.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and effectively.
- Communicate with customers about services rendered and lawn care best practices.
- Document daily activities and maintain accurate service records.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Assist in training new team members and share best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of lawn care practices and pest management.
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment and tools safely.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality service.
