Job Description:
As a Staff Backend Engineer you will architect and deploy AI-native systems designed to handle massive clinical datasets via high-volume APIs. You will lead the development of secure agentic infrastructure for millions of patients shaping the product end-to-end alongside an elite team at the intersection of AI and healthcare.

What you will do:

Architect and deploy secure AI-native systems and agentic infrastructure to process clinical data via API.
Shape product iterations end-to-end by integrating first-hand customer and clinician feedback into the engineering roadmap.
Work with a modern stack including AWS (SageMaker Bedrock) Python and advanced NLP / CV models.

The ideal candidate:

Expert-level experience with Python FastAPI and cloud-native infrastructure using AWS Docker and Terraform.
Strong background in machine-learning engineering including RAG LLM fine-tuning and document intelligence.
A deep love for the little blue French whale (Docker) and experience building high-volume data systems.
