- Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials for in-house training programs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and create instructional materials

- Evaluate existing training programs and recommend enhancements for improved effectiveness
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted learning solutions
- Manage and update learning materials to ensure accuracy and relevance
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Education or related field
- Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning
- Proficiency in learning management systems and authoring tools
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design or related field
- Experience working in a corporate training environment
- Knowledge of accounting or financial services industry
