Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Scheduler to coordinate appointments and service schedules for our organic care company. The ideal candidate will manage daily bookings communicate with clients and service teams and ensure appointments are accurately scheduled and efficiently organized. This role is essential to delivering excellent customer service while supporting our commitment to organic eco-friendly care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule confirm reschedule and cancel client appointments remotely
  • Manage daily and weekly service calendars for technicians or care providers
  • Communicate with clients via phone email or messaging platforms in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ensure accurate entry of appointment details into scheduling and CRM systems
  • Coordinate routes and time slots to optimize efficiency
  • Send appointment reminders and follow-ups
  • Handle customer inquiries related to scheduling availability and services
  • Update client records and maintain accurate service histories
  • Report scheduling issues or conflicts to management promptly
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in scheduling customer service or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Comfortable using scheduling software CRM systems and digital tools
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and computer
