Torch Technologies is seeking a Scheduler and TimePhased Integration Planner to support USSPACECOM program planning and synchronized schedule execution across PMO/TSO activities. This role focuses on developing and maintaining timephased schedules integrating requirements into the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensuring coordinated communication and planning across internal teams and external mission partners such as USSC DPW RSA and other supporting agencies. The position also supports administrative processes records management and crossagency coordination essential to mission success.

As a Scheduler & Time Phased Integration Planner your duties will include the following but not limited to:

  • Develop maintain and timephase the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to reflect program requirements milestones and dependencies.

  • Identify document and integrate requirements into the IMP and IMS to ensure alignment with program objectives and crossagency activities.

  • Consolidate schedule inputs from multiple organizations to maintain accurate traceable and synchronized planning data.

  • Participate in IPTs working groups and crossagency coordination forums (e.g. USSC DPW RSA) to gather updates and communicate schedule impacts.

  • Conduct schedule analysis including critical path dependencies and riskinformed planning.

  • Maintain project schedules action trackers and deliverables using Microsoft Project SharePoint TEAMS and similar tools.

  • Integrate requirements and support administrative/C2 processes such as TMT and other task management workflows.

  • Manage records and information using SharePoint file storage systems and established records management practices.

  • Prepare routine briefings charts and planning products for leadership and stakeholders.

  • Monitor progress of assigned tasks assemble staffing packages and ensure proper routing and completion.

  • Use task management systems (e.g. TMT ETMS2) to track taskers review submissions and elevate issues requiring leadership attention.

Specific Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or advanced certification

  • 5 years of experience in related work.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance

  • Experience with project scheduling timephased planning or program integration.

  • Experience in aerospace defense or government programs.

  • Experience supporting project planning scheduling or program integration activities.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and standard project management tools.

  • Familiarity with SharePoint records management practices and administrative workflows.

  • Strong organizational communication and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.

Desired Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate

  • Knowledge of EVMS MBSE and digital engineering

Salary Range - Colorado: $120000-$150000

The salary range information is a general guideline only. Other factors include the candidates qualifications such as relevant prior work experience specific skills and competencies education/training and certifications.
