Job Summary
The pay for this position is $60255-$75078.7029 annually.
$5000 sign-on bonus
Starting with 4 weeks of paid time off (pro-rated) plus 12 sick days and 9 holidays per year!

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Masters degree in Social Work Clinical Mental Health or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Current Vermont License (LICSW LCMHC LMFT)
- Ability to conduct clinical assessments and design treatment plans that target clearly identified treatment goals
- Knowledge of mental health substance use social work and behavioral issues that impact children and their families
- Healthy communication skills that allow for honest discussions feedback and exchanges
- Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate flexibility when client program and/or agency needs require it
