Job Description:
You will support the Chief of Staff in a high-stakes environment owning day-to-day operational execution to remove bottlenecks and ensure organizational discipline. This role requires high reliability judgment and the ability to execute autonomously. You will directly support teams delivering mission-critical AI software to active operational zones where precision and speed are vital.

What you will do:

• Coordinate complex multi-country logistics senior leadership calendars and time-sensitive travel arrangements.

• Manage operational hygiene including expense tracking document systems and the maintenance of internal data rooms.

• Conduct structured research and draft standard operating procedures to streamline company-wide execution as the team scales.

The ideal candidate:

• An early-career operator or graduate with 0-2 years of experience and exceptionally high personal standards.

• Comfortable with ambiguity evolving priorities and the possibility of travel to active operational zones.

• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to provide clean follow-through on foundational tasks without constant supervision.
