Guest Experience Coordinator Hout Bay

We are looking for a Guest Experience Coordinator to join our luxury hospitality this role youll ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable stay by coordinating exceptional service managing events and supporting the team to deliver seamless experiences. Youll play a key role in maintaining the high standards elegance and attention to detail our guests expect.
What Youll Do:

Coordinate and oversee day-to-day guest experiences.
Plan and execute events from start to finish.
Engage with guests via social media and promotional channels.
Support and motivate staff to deliver consistent service excellence.
Maintain a keen eye for detail and aesthetics throughout the property.

What Were Looking For:

35 years experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
Proven event planning and execution skills.
Proficiency with social media for guest engagement.
Strong attention to detail and visual presentation.
Excellent leadership communication and team management skills.
